What does dispatch in 5-8 business days mean?
This means that the publisher should have stock for this book and it will take 5-8 days
to arrive to us (lead times vary by publisher and will be displayed for each title). We will then ship
the book out to you and you should receive the book based off our delivery frames per state. Please note
that in rare cases, the publisher may run out of stock in which case we will contact you. If you
provide us an incorrect address for delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible
for paying $8.95 for a re-delivery fee.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order includes a backordered item, we will dispatch your order once
all your items have arrived at our warehouse. If you would prefer a partial shipment of your order,
please contact us to request a partial shipment.
When do items dispatch from your office?
Dispatch is usually at 5pm daily so if you order before 2pm your order will be dispatched
on the same day. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods, such as at the start of semesters.
Receiving my book
Once you have ordered your books, you will receive a confirmation of your order. You will
then receive your books in a minimum of 3-5 days if it's in stock or longer if we need to
order it in.
My book hasn’t arrived what do I do?
If you have not received your book after 5 days after receiving your order confirmation
you can log on to your Zookal account and find out what stage your book's delivery is in. If there seems
to be a delay, please contact us and inform us of the problem. Make sure you include your receipt number
and account name when filling a complaint.
What is your 14 day money back guarantee?
We offer a 14 day refund period if you drop your course or no longer require the textbooks. You will receive a full refund, less shipping costs. Our refund policy does not apply to Vitalsource eBooks or Cengage eBooks. These titles are firm sale. If the title is packaged together with an access code, the access code must not be used to be entitled to a refund.

What does "authority to leave" mean?
By selecting authority to leave at the checkout page on the website, your parcel will be left at your
unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.
